How do I place my order?
Simply browse through this site until you find the product you wish to order. Click on the thumb-nail to read detail of the product that follow. If you wish to order the product, click 'Add' icon. If you do not wish to proceed click "Back" to continue browsing. When you have selected the products check the shopping cart to confirm product and quantity. Click "Checkout" to proceed to delivery details. When your order has been successfully transacted you will see a message our Thank You message. At the same time, we will also forward an email containing your order detail. If you have encounter problems in submitting your order, you can always contact us through our email or hotline.
What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to It's For You. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email before the designated delivery timing. Otherwise, your order will be processed and delivered accordingly.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message shortly after you have submitted your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at (852) 9206 7424 during our office hours to ensure that your order is being processed. You may also like to check your bulk folder/ junk mail folder to ensure the confirmation is not being auto-filtered as junk mail.
Can I change the delivery address
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. If your order is already on its way to be delivered, there will be a delivery surcharge of S$6.00 for redelivering to the new destination at the next available delivery timing. In cases that you wish to expedite the delivery before the next available timing, this Express delivery charges will be S$13.00 instead. Can I change the date of my order's delivery?

Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not been done up, has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately at (852) 9206 7424. If your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a delivery date in the future, you can call us at (852) 9206 7424.
